Cryptocurrency Payment Policy

Payments made via cryptocurrency (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT) are processed on the blockchain and are final and non-reversible by nature. Once a cryptocurrency transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, DeepPulse™ is unable to issue a refund in the original cryptocurrency.

In the event of a legitimate product quality issue or order error, DeepPulse™ may, at its sole discretion, offer an equivalent store credit or replacement product as an alternative remedy.

By completing a purchase using cryptocurrency, you acknowledge and accept the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Hong Kong Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
